1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using mchbasic (mchbasic.pl) you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

mchbasic provides AI-powered photo editing tools, including:

• Image upscaling — increase photo resolution using AI models
• Background removal — automatically remove image backgrounds using AI

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

3. Account registration

• You must sign in with a Google account to use the service.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Credits and payments

• New users receive 10 free credits upon registration.
• Each tool use deducts credits as displayed on the tool page.
• Credits are non-refundable once used for processing.
• Additional credits can be purchased through the pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card data.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use mchbasic to:

• Process images that violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive
• Upload images depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the credit system
• Use the service for automated bulk processing without our consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service in any way that could damage or overload our infrastructure

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Intellectual property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all images you upload. We claim no rights over your content.

By using the service, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

Our service: All software, designs, and other materials comprising mchbasic are the property of the operator and protected by applicable law.

7. Data privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to the processing of your data as described therein.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific uptime
• AI processing results may vary and are not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature

mchbasic is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
• Upon termination, your remaining credits are forfeited and non-refundable.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.
